What this website collects

This public website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect health records or health assessments. The personal information it is intended to handle is limited to what you choose to share by emailing us. Newsletter enrollment is not currently open on this site. As with most websites, the hosting and embedded services that deliver these pages may process technical details such as your IP address and browser information as part of normal operation.

Email contact

If you email us at hello@trueessence.health, your message and email address are processed through our email provider, Zoho, so that we can read and reply to your inquiry. Contacting us is entirely voluntary.

Letters from True Essence newsletter

Newsletter enrollment is not currently open on this website. When it is offered, subscribing will be optional and will require your explicit opt-in. Signup will be managed by Brevo, our email service provider, using a double confirmation process: after you submit your email address, Brevo will send a confirmation email and your subscription will only become active once you confirm it. Brevo will store your email address together with evidence of your consent and subscription. Every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw at any time.

Third-party services

This website is hosted with Lovable. Email correspondence is handled by Zoho, and newsletter subscriptions will be handled by Brevo when enrollment opens. These providers process personal information as needed to deliver their services. Because these providers may operate in other countries, your information may be processed outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time by emailing hello@trueessence.health.

Changes to this page

If the way this website handles personal information changes, this page will be updated before or when those changes take effect.
